The newsletter is a free email subscription with a Field Guide PDF signup gift, news, insights and selected opportunity highlights. Paid membership provides the full searchable directory, Track Submission Kit and The AI Music Licensing Playbook ebook. Newsletter signup is separate and never requires a membership purchase.
Yes. Both paid options include the Directory, Submission Kit and Playbook ebook. Choose monthly billing at $9.99 or annual billing at $49.99.
The guide preview, industry articles and primary-source links are public. Join the free newsletter for the downloadable Field Guide PDF. The full Directory, working Submission Kit and Playbook ebook are reserved for paid members.
They are separate publications. The free Music Licensing in the Age of AI Field Guide is a newsletter signup gift. The AI Music Licensing Playbook is Aaron Davison’s 191-page ebook, included with monthly and annual paid membership. Members can read it online and download the PDF.
Research revisions are added after editorial review. Entries retain their evidence dates and source links. Check the current company policy and your specific recording’s eligibility before submitting or paying.
Membership provides research and preparation tools. You choose which companies to approach and follow their submission processes. Each company decides what it accepts; membership does not guarantee representation, a placement or income.
